Service Level #1 – Base Unit
This is any ProDJpc product that includes:
- your choice of operating system installed
- our custom keyboard installed
- our custom VirtualDJ skin included
We cover the first three months of parts and service warranty issues starting day of delivery. Past that, you manage the system and any warranty issues with the part manufacturers. It’s a little more work, but it saves money for a competent computer user.
Service Level #2 – More Support Unit
This is a Base Unit with two additional benefits:
- your choice of software installed
- comprehensive 1 year parts and labor warranty
If you are comfortable with your software, but just want it all set up and ready to load with content, this might be the option for you.
Service Level #3 – Geeky Friend Support
This is the service that many of our customers have raved about to their friends. This is basically a More Support Unit with a 1 year full access pass to pick the brains of your Geeky Friend(s) and the satisfaction that when your friends ask how you do it, you can say, “I have people.” (In this case, we’d be your people.)
Geeky Friendship Extension
What if you find the assistance and coverage provided by your Geeky Friends to be too much to give up after 1 year? Extend that friendship through a contractual agreement, of course. (That just doesn’t sound right, does it?) Extension of the friendship costs 10% of the original price of the ALLn1 you purchased per year. So, let’s say your ALLn1 cost $2,980.00, you’d pay $298.00 for another year of full access to your Geeky Freind’s brain and workbench if needed.
Geeky Friend Check Up
No, this isn’t a doctor’s office visit with one of our staff, it’s simply a clean up / check up run on your system. If you have a week to spare and want to make sure everything is checking out with your computer, you can back up your hard drives and send it to us to:
- fix case hardware issues
- physically clean out system
- run hard drive diagnostics
- run memory diagnostics
- update bios
- update drivers
For an additional negotiated cost we can also:
- upgrade / install new hardware (memory, hard drives, expansion cards, etc.)
- upgrade operating system
- install new software
